ABOUT
Many people think their difficulty with mathematics means an end to their dreams of a STEM career, but I strive to dispel such ideas. I pride myself on my ability to adapt difficult curricula to the needs of my students, providing them with the confidence to succeed in mathematics and science courses.

I have been tutoring in the bay area for 6 years. After my graduation from Castro Valley High in 2010, I completed a degree in Physics at UC Davis.
I started off tutoring family friends in Castro Valley while pursuing my degree. I found that I enjoyed tutoring a great deal and I got my first tutoring job in the STAR Center at Las Positas. At Davis, I continued to tutor both as a volunteer and privately until my graduation.

Since graduation, I have been working as a professional tutor both privately and as a member of one of the East Bay's premier tutoring centers. I am proud to provide professional, personalized tutoring to students throughout the East Bay.

In my experience the phrase, "I'm just not good at math" only means that you haven't found the right teacher yet. I can be that teacher for you.

SCHEDULING
Locations: I am proud to serve students throughout the East Bay. In particular, Castro Valley, Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Hayward, and San Leandro. If you wish to schedule a session but do not live in these areas, please contact me and we will see if we can find a place to meet in between!
Sessions: All tutoring sessions are provided at a location of the students choosing. This usually means at home, but sessions can be given at the library (depending on that library's policies) or other public locations at the student's discretion.
Scheduling: Session scheduling is determined ahead of time based on your needs and my availability. Please give me as much information as possible about your availability when you contact me.
Payment: I accept payment in the form of checks or cash. Alternative payment methods can be arranged on a case by case basis.
